They understood everything I was going through, exactly how I was feeling with my Brain Injury, Post Concussion Syndrome, PTSD and other injuries. Roger and his team have a great knowledge and understanding of Brain injuries and what happens physically, mentally, medically and how it can affect your day-to-day life.
After meeting the very diligent team assembled at Foisy and the part each member would play in helping me and representing my file; I was certain I was in good hands. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. This organized team of legal and accident professionals handled the Insurance company with professionalism, unburdened me from that stress, while always reassuring me that things would get better. After struggling with brain injury symptoms for about five years, my fortunes changed after I came into contact with Roger Foisy, another personal injury lawyer, through our mutual affiliation with the Brain Injury Association of Peel/Halton (BIAPH), where we were both serving on the board.
